Product Description

The performance of ship lift gantry cranes requires that the lifting capacity of the crane should be able to reach the rated turning capacity and rated lifting capacity. The hoisting mechanism should adopt the method of electric braking first and then mechanical braking. The operation of the upper and lower trolleys of the crane should be either linked or operated independently. The hoisting mechanism should be equipped with three-level upper and lower height limiters for lifting deceleration, stop and overrun. Both the crane operating mechanism and the trolley operating mechanism should be equipped with stop and overrun two-stage limiters and buffers. When there is speed regulation, set deceleration, stop and overrun three-stage travel limiters and buffers. Each crane is equipped with at least one set of mechanical running deflection limiters and one set of automatic deflection correction devices.
