The automated shore-to-shore container cranes have a lifting mechanism, a pitching mechanism, a trolley running mechanism, a cart travelling mechanism and a remote automation system. It can be used as a single or joint action of lifting and trolley running with load, or as a single or joint action of trolley walking and trolley running without load, as well as vertical and horizontal tilting and horizontal rotation of the spreader and pitching of the forearm beam.
It has the characteristics of large lifting load, small gauge, long front reach, fast speed, high work efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection.
Each mechanism of this product adopts full-digital AC frequency conversion speed regulation and PLC control, which can realize stepless speed regulation. The whole machine has the functions of data collection, analysis, status monitoring and fault diagnosis.
