Product Description
LDY Single girder overhead metallurgy crane for lifting molten metal and foundary location is ameliorated and designed on the basis of LD type single girder overhead crane. It uses CD/MD model electric hoist as the lifting mechanism which is running at the I-steel under the main girder. This product is widely used in plants warehouse, material stocks to lift goods.

Main Features
1. Suitable to work in High temperature environment;
2. The crane is of work duty M5; hoisting mechanism adopts electric hoist special for metallurgy, whose work duty is M6; travelling mechanism is of M5 work duty;
3. Double Brakes (with Safety Brake). The safety brake does not work when the first brake work normally; but it will work automatically and instantly, when the lifting weight drops suddenly, because the first brake is broken, or other parts broken;
4. Double Hoisting Limit Switches. When the first limit switch is broken, the second one will work instantly.
5. There is overload limit switch.
6. There is high temperature heat protection system, reducing the thermal radiation from the heat source.
7. Electric cable is of high temperature resistance.
8. Steel wire rope is of high temperature resistance.
