Gantry crane is a variant of bridge crane, also known as gantry crane. It is mainly used for the loading and unloading of outdoor cargo yards, stockyards and bulk cargoes. Gantry cranes have the characteristics of high site utilization, large operating range, wide adaptability and strong versatility, and are widely used in port cargo yards.
The metal structure of Gantry crane is like a door-shaped frame, and two feet are installed under the bearing main beam, which can walk directly on the track on the ground, and the two ends of the main beam can have outrigger cantilevers.

Features

1, The power source is 3-phase alternating current,rated frequency is 50HZ,rated voltage is 380V.
2, The working environment temperature ranges from -20℃ to +45℃ and the relative humidity is no lower than 95%(with dew).
3, In-service, the wind speed should be no higher than 20m/s; out-of-service, the wind speed should be no higher than 44m/s.
4, The working duty is Class A6-A7.
5, The gradient of crane traveling floor should be less than 1% and part of that should be no more than 3%.
6, The Mobile Gantry Crane which has the special requirement for working conditions, can be manufactured following the contracts.

Crane wheel and wheel shaft through the high frequency quenching and tempering treatment, it eliminates the internal stress and ensures the machining accuracy. the use of welding robot, the main girder inseam weld by advanced MAG welding. The main girder welding adopts radiographic testing and ultrasonic testing to ensure the welding quality.

The motor and ruducer are imported from domestic famous brands with industry reconnition, quality assurance. It has reliable quality.
